Shipping
WSW generally uses USPS Priority Mail for shipping orders.
However, in some cases we reservethe right use another shipper at our discretion.
We do not gurantee which shipper we will use unless you have spoken directly to us and requested a specific shipper.
Returns
Unopened Returns are refunded at original purchase price of the item minus the 3.5% Credit Card Fees if used.
Opened Returns are charged a restock fee of 15% of your original purchase price minus shipping minus the 3.5% Credit Card Fees.
Any electronics that have been opened or installed and used are not returnable.
If the error is WSW's we will cover shipping all others are at the cost of the purchaser no exceptions.
Refunds
Refunds are returned back to the original form of purchase and are not granted after 30 days from purchase date.
After 30 days only a store credit may be issued at WSW's discretion.
Any payments made through PayPal or Squareup are reimbursed at the fulll amount of the purchase price minus the 3.5% Credit Card Fee.
All other payments, nonpaypal made through SquareUp, are charged according to SquareUps refund policy.
PayPal and SquareUp do not refund their fee to merchants for refunds and returns.
